Launch Hiring Planner
Work the hiring plan backward from the date.
Enter the launch date and the roles it needs. The planner shows when each search has to open, which ones are already late, and how many searches run at the peak. Nothing is stored or sent unless you choose to send it.
Turn this into a scope
Send the plan to Larry. A one-page scope comes back, usually within a day: which searches to run first, days per week, and timeline.
Prefer to talk it through? Book a 30-minute call. See the privacy policy.
Planning assumptions
Starting points for planning, not guarantees. Each role can be adjusted under Timing. Days to fill runs from opening the search to an accepted offer; notice covers the new hire leaving their current employer; ramp is how long before launch the person should be in seat.
| Role family | Days to fill | Notice | Ramp |

| Sales, marketing and customer | 40 | 14 | 30 |
